The Marvista auction may not be happening till late April, but planning is already well underway and we need YOU. To ensure that we have another successful auction to raise money for our school, the Auction Committee is looking for volunteers.

We have many roles that still need leads, or co-leads, and many day-of volunteers needed as well. See open volunteer opportunities here. If you are willing to help with something, please add your name to the sheet. And if you want to help someone who has already signed up for a role, reach out! Co-chairs are appreciated.
Open roles in need of volunteers:
Silent Auction – (important role, volunteer needed!) This person/people helps send out procurement letters, coordinates new items, helps with pick up/organize items. This role is extremely important to a successful auction and partners closely with PTSA president.
Family Adventures – This person/people are in charge of finding families who want to host “guest list” type events at their homes – i.e. a bunco night, or a pizza and prosecco night, or a paint and sip, etc. 10 spots for $50 each, for example.
Day of volunteers – The auction cannot run successfully without day-of volunteers. We're looking for folks to help with drink ticket sales, runners, auction closers, setting up the slidedeck/powerpoint, and possibly a run-of-show emcee, etc. Please sign up if you can help to ensure our event runs smoothly.
Item recruitment – For both the live and the silent auction, we need help recruiting big-ticket items. Services, experiences, getaways, signed memorabilia, etc – please think about who you know, and what they have access to, and how we can leverage our collective networks to include some incredible items this year. Please use the spreadsheet to track your ideas for amazing items.
