PLEASE ASK YOUR TEACHER FOR A SIGN-UP FORM OR COME TO THE

Practices:

Monday/Wednesday for 3 rd /4 th graders, starting March 3rd

Tuesday/Thursday for 5 th /6 th graders, starting March 4th

Games begin week of March 26 th

Games end week of June 9th

Please return your Sign-up/Parent Release form,

Code of Conducts (Parent & Child),

AND a check for $40 payable to Marvista PTSA before
